Shipping policy

Our shipping time frames are listed below:

USA & Canada: 5-14 days (8 days on average)
UK & Europe: 5-14 days (9 days on average)
Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 days (10 days on average)
Hong Kong, Singapore: 4-13 days (8 days on average)
Rest of the world 7-16 days depending on location.  Please contact us with your location and we can send you an estimated timeframe.

Please note that processing times are not included in shipping times in which we verify your order, process and pack, and provide any last minute quality checks. 

Please allow for 1 to 2 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Please note our time frames are indicative and varies depending on location and speed of customs clearance which are out of our control. In the event of your order taking longer than anticipated please contact info@maxycare.com and we will resolve the issue as fast as we can.

Please also note that if you entered the wrong address at checkout you have 24 hours to email us to correct it. We cannot change the address after it has been shipped.
